The rooms were clean and the staff was really friendly. 🌟 Plus, this place was conveniently located right in the heart of the city.

Overall clean hotel, I liked excellent and extremely friendly staff. It was huge, modern and on the main level. It was nice to have a microwave and a fridge available. The location of the property was favourable, in the middle of jackson.

It was fantastic time in Knoxville. I greatly enjoyed staying in this idealpet-friendly hotel. The room was exceptionally comfortable and offered a microwave, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea making facilities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, so at night I slept well. The location was marvellous for Knoxville, near to the stadium and Knoxville and the interstate and off from interstate. East Knoxville district was worth staying in.

Rejuvenated spot situated in a peaceful area near Pigeon Forge and close to a bustling work center. The spacious room had a modern touch, complete with a microwave and a fridge for convenience. 🌟

The gym had great equipment & the staff was very friendly. The room was clean & the rest of the hotel was very nice.

Breakfast had a nice spread, but we were a little disappointed in the quality.

This place's main level room is situated in a lovely building at a great location, right in the heart of Jackson, within a short walk to various restaurants, Knoxville, and the interstate.

The free breakfast was great! It was sausage, eggs, bagels, biscuits, gravy, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, instead of a few dried out rolls and a couple of boxes of cereal. The bed was comfy and had different firmness pillows. WiFi was pretty decent. Everything was clean, just as I would expect. It is also a dog friendly hotel, which is always a plus in my book.

The only complaint I had was the shower valve was sticky and didn't drop after my wife's shower, so I got a cold wake-up while getting the hot water on, and the drain was a little slow.

This venue is well-kept and located in a quiet area, close to both downtown and a nearby restaurant, making it a convenient choice for work or leisure trips.

Magnificent and easy location in Knoxville, close to Knoxville. Beautiful building and rooms on the main level.

The entire hotel was clean and the rooms were exceptionally comfortable. I loved my room on the main level, the bed was fantastic. Having a microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and a refrigerator in the room was a definite plus. The hotel's location next to Knoxville, the interstate, Pigeon Forge, and the stadium was marvelous. The East Knoxville district was also worth a visit.

The location was fairly convenient.

The room was pretty clean. The lobby only so so. Things in the room and lobby looked worn. The price was way out of line in comparison to other hotels we stay in. There was a football game in the town so I guess it was a perfect time to up the cost. ONE elevator!!! The staff was dragging carts off and on while people were also needing the elevator. We had to park in back of the motel but no door so we had to walk clear around the building to the front door.

Perfect hotel, I truly enjoyed its magnificent and awesome location.

the breakfast was excellent, with a wide array of goodies. booked a room on the main level. location: the hotel was close enough to off from interstate and knoxville and pigeon forge.

Had a very very good time at the hotel. The venue was spotlessly clean and the staff were helpful and attentive. The hotel had a comfy position, in the middle of Jackson. Appreciated that it was set next to Knoxville for work, and off from interstate.

Nicely renovated and well-kept hotel in a great location right in town. the rooms are spacious and updated, especially the ones on the first floor. 🌟
